WASHINGTON, Oct. 13 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Captain Jiafu Wei, the CEO of China's national shipping carrier and one of the most influential businessmen in China, will address the National Press Club at a luncheon on October 26, 2009. Captain Wei will speak to U.S. China relations in general and discuss trade issues between the two countries. China and the United States have been embroiled in a trade dispute over the import of low cost Chinese tires.
